Captain Diane Bade
Lady Di Fishing Charters is owned and operated by Captain Diane Bade. Captain Bade began fishing on the Raritan Bay as a young girl with her father. She quickly picked up the basics and pursued her interest in fishing and boating independently. Captain Bade has leveraged her early experiences on the bay to hone her knowledge and expertise to become a top-tier fisherwoman and boater. After many years of recreational fishing, Captain Bade began the journey towards her Captain's license and starting her own charter business. After many years of successful charters, happy patrons, countless fish, and one hurricane, Captain Bade continues to channel her passions through sportfishing. Captain Diane holds a USCG 100 Ton Masters License.
Captain Bade believes that, above all, fishing should be fun for both the novices as well as experienced anglers. For the greenhorn who wants to enjoy a casual day with their family, the hard-working professional who wants something other than a golf outing or wine tasting, or the seasoned angler who wants nothing more than the thrill of the catch, Captain Bade strives to deliver nothing less than a first-class experience.

The Lady DI IV
The Lady DI IV
The Lady Di IV is a 2018 42' Henriques Express Hardtop Bridge powered by twin Cummins 715 hp Turbo Diesel engines that ensure a fast, safe ride to the fishing grounds. The boat sports a 15’ wide beam and an open, dry 155 square foot cockpit, providing plenty of room to bag the biggest tuna or reel in a trophy Striped Bass.
The Lady Di IV has two 100-gallon insulated fishboxes, insulated livewell, fully-enclosed stand-up head, a fully-appointed cabin complete with microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, and HDTV (should you need to Netflix in transit). The cabin and genset are fully insulated with air conditioning and heating to accommodate any weather forecast.
The Lady Di IV is equipped with the latest marine electronics including Garmin GPS, fishfinders, radar, 2 Standard Horizon VHF radios, EPIRB, FLIR Night Vision, Sirius Weather, life raft, and bluetooth media support.
The Lady Di IV is fully licensed and insured

Rules
The captain reserves the right to cancel due to weather (rain is not a weather factor), storm warning, mechanical problems or any other condition which inhibits the safe operation of the vessel. Should this occur, your deposit will be applied to another charter date. Every effort will be made to reschedule any trip that is cancelled. Deposit will not be returned if customer cancels trip.
Children under 6 years old require a parent’s full supervision. Children under age 12 must wear a life preserver whenever the boat is not anchored
Guests are responsible for anything they break while on the trip
Beer and wine are permitted in moderation. No hard liquor is permitted. The Captain reserves the right to bring guests back to dock should they become too intoxicated
Boat shoes, closed-toed sneakers, and rubber fishing boots are permitted. Open-toed shoes and black-soled shoes are not permitted
Illegal drugs nor firearms are permitted
Things to Bring
Food and Drink
You are welcome to bring food and drink onboard for your trip.
Your food & drink cooler will be stored onboard.
No glassware or bottles are permitted.
Fish Cooler
Please bring a cooler to store your catch following the charter.
Your cooler should be kept in your vehicle during the charter.
Once docked, you can retrieve your cooler while the fish is being filleted and bagged.
Should you have space in your food cooler, you can use that as well.
Ice can be purchased at the SHBM Store.
